How do I upgrade my existing MUG membership?

Simply login to the MUG website, navigate to your “Profile” page and click the “Membership” tab on the far right. From there, click your upgrade preference – Individual or Corporate, and follow the necessary steps to purchase the upgraded membership.

Are you already a paid regional MUG member?

Good news! You have access to all the MUGpro benefits as well. Please contact your local regional admin to notify Global MUG of your membership to be granted access to all the newly added benefits.

*As a regional member of a MUG local group, you pay annual dues – those dues get you access to MUGpro. You do not pay double to access MUGpro benefits.

What is the Refund Policy?

Refunds available up to 30 days after purchase and have not taken advantage of any benefits within MUGpro.

Mitel Sandbox Environment

The products are available for only two reservations per week by an individual (or organization) throughout the year. The Sandbox Environment is open to end-customers only, no partners at this time.

Mitel Field Trials

To be eligible to participate in the Field Trial process, a questionnaire is given that needs to be completed for Mitel’s evaluation and approval.
