How do I know if I am a MUGpro member?

Only active MUGpro members are eligible to access the blue “Access Benefits” button on the MUGpro webpage. This access point will take you to an explanation of the benefits. You may also see your membership subscription by visiting “My Profile” in the upper right-hand corner of the website while logged in. 

How do I upgrade my existing MUG membership?

Simply login to the MUG website and navigate to the MUGpro Upgrade and follow the prompts. 

What is the difference between MUGpro Individual and MUGpro Corporate? 

MUGpro Individual and MUGpro Corporate members receive the same benefits. The difference is the Individual level of membership is applied to only one person. The cost is $99 for 1 year from the date of payment. The Corporate level membership includes an unlimited number of individuals from the company. The cost is $349 for 1 year from the date of payment. You may sign up for either type of membership. 

I am a MUGpro Corporate member, how do I add additional users from my company? 

To add additional members from your company to your MUGpro membership, first ensure they have a MUG account by completing the MUG Join Form. Within the form the new member should select their desired membership level as “MUGpro Corporate” and indicate they are joining an existing corporate membership. Upon membership approval, the new user will be associated with the MUGpro Corporate account. 

If the individual already has a MUG account and needs to be upgraded/associated with your corporate membership, please contact a MUG staff representative at [email protected]. 

I am a paid regional MUG member and have paid for MUGpro already?

Mitel end-users that pay to join a regional group affiliated with MUG receive MUGpro benefits. Please contact your local regional admin to notify Global MUG of your membership to be granted access to all the newly added benefits.

*As a regional member of a MUG local group, you pay annual dues – those dues get you access to MUGpro. You do not pay double to access MUGpro benefits.

What is the MUGpro Refund Policy?

Refunds are available up to 30 days after purchase for those who have not taken advantage of any benefits within MUGpro and wish to discontinue membership.
