MUG announces another great educational resource for members. MUG will host a free, five-part Training Series designed to help members deepen their expertise in Mitel solutions. Members attending all five sessions will earn a Mitel Training Badge to showcase their achievement. Topics include:

• Provisioning in MiVB  
• ACD Configuration in MICCB for MiCollab & CloudLink
