FEATURED EVENT

Monthly Board Meetings

The full Board meets once per month to review initiatives, plan events, discuss feedback channels, and align on strategic priorities.

WEBINAR

Annual In-Person Meeting

Once per year, the Board meets in person with Mitel leaders and subject matter experts to:

  • Share aggregated customer feedback gathered from MUG members
  • Gain direct insights into product roadmaps and development plans
  • Strengthen the partnership between the Mitel User Group and Mitel organization

This annual engagement ensures member voices are heard at the highest levels and that MUG can communicate real customer priorities back into Mitel’s product and strategy conversations.
