Munich, Germany | September 16, 2025 — On September 16, the Mitel User Group (MUG) marked an exciting milestone with its first-ever German Customer Event. The afternoon brought together Mitel customers, partners, consultants, and leadership for a half-day of learning, connection, and lively discussion. Participants capped off with an evening networking dinner at the Leonardo Hotel München City Ost.
Throughout the day, attendees heard updates on Mitel’s strategic vision in Hybrid UC, explored customer stories highlighting the real-world impact of Mitel solutions, and made new connections across the community. Exciting developments from Mitel were also teased at the event, and the full member community can look forward to a major announcement coming soon.
