I’m facing a situation to configure Mitel 470 for my Team.
We have a user group of landline phone numbers.
Each member wants to forward their landline phone number to their mobile phone number as everyone is working from home.
This leads to an issue that 1 member cannot set up call-forwarding because of user group configuration,
Which means when he leaves the office, external calling to that user group number will reach his landline phone number at the end.
On the other hand, we set it up as a hotline so it should be available 24/7
Do you have any suggestions on this?
