    With the Coronavirus outbreak we have had to send most of our workforce to work from home. We configured phones for teleworker and sent them home. Several of the people who received a teleworker phone a week ago have had their phone this morning at the “Enter TW Install PW”. The phones were already configured and I can have them re-enter the PW; however, I want to know why this is occurring and how to resolve it so it won’t occur again.
