Is there a way from the teleworker desk phone to show / display what server you are currently connected to? Or is this information only displayable from the admin dashboard.
Yes, by the IP address of the server the phone reports to be registered to. Please access the IP details on the set and you will find the server’s IP address. If you don’t know how to access, please provide me the model number of your teleworker set and I will provide instructions to display IP details.
