    Where can I find the list of hardware that has been discontinued, or items that will be discontinued in the coming months/years? Any recommendations on what newsletters/bulletins to sign up for to get this info as it is announced?

    Specific hardware I am looking for lifecycle information:
    3300 MXE II
    5212 IP Phone
    5215 IP Phone
    5220 IP Phone
    5330e IP Phone
    5324 IP Phone

    Hello Peter,

    A list of supported products (Americas) like the ones listed above are in a document under Infochannel – Services and Support – TSN Support Status while this primarily describes the software if the set is configurable in that release it would be supported.

    Information on upcoming product discontinues are issued by Product Management and can be found on Mitel Connect under Product/Program Bulletins. Your partner has access to product bulletins and the TSN Support Status.

    I will send you a separate email with the TSN Support Status document.
