    I am working on a 400. I loaded SW R5.0. My SW build is 8830a1. The sales channel it loaded is CH-Freemarket. My licenses have US-Freemarket on them. The licenses won’t load because of the conflict between the sales channels. What is the fix for this? I think I would be able to delete the SW and then load the proper SW.

    Under (Maintance / System restet / First start and reset saleschannel) one can put the MiVoice Office400 on the right saleschannel in your case on US, very important all configurations are lost.
