    We are about to make the move from tradition fixed links like isdn and pstn, in to the world of SIP. Key to us is the resilience of any new link with no single points of failure. Has any one within the group got any advise or story’s of their switch change over. Any lessons learn or things missed when stating the process talking with Mitel techs or service providers.

    From the Mitel side do you have a technical document on SIP resilience, single point of failure?

    Setup;
    The following are all clustered
    Main site
    2x Mx111 Trunk Gateways; 3x isdn with 2 fail-over to user gateway
    2x Mx111 User Gateways

    Recover site
    2x Mx111 Trunk & User Gateway; 1x isdn with fail-over

    Many thanks for any pointers.

    Thanks for the suggestion, if you referrer to MiVoice Resilience Guideline i have the version for release 8 but it doesn’t provide much information. Is there a version for Border Gateway?
    Also my MUG member status doesn’t give me access to edocs.
