Reset Locked Out User

    Does anyone know how to unlock a Connect Client user after they lock themselves out? Resetting the password in Director does not work, they are stuck waiting for the 10 minute penalty to expire. I have contacted my inept support provider and got the usual level of support. Deleting and recreating the user seems just a tad excessive to get someone going again.

    In SW/Mitel Director – Security, lower the lockout timer down from 10 min it is set now to whatever is the min allowed (2-3 min.).
