Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to revert back to a generic voicemail greeting for a NuPoint mailbox without completely resetting the mailbox and losing saved messages?

We have some extensions where we’d like to remove the user’s personalized recorded greeting, and go back to the default generic greeting that is present when a mailbox is initially created. I’m unable to find this option in the NuPoint menus when I access the voicemail on the extension. I know I can recreate the mailbox to do this, but we don’t want to lose any saved messages in the mailbox.

    Thank you!
    George

By using the console under a putty session you can delete the current greetings under the Mailbox Maintenance menu
