Hi everyone, I am writing to find out if anyone else has had issues with MiCollab Client 126.96.36.1992 crashing with the recent Windows CU update that included a .Net update to version 4.8? In testing we found that if we roll users back to .Net 4.7 the MiCollab Client stop crashing.
Hi Michael, we have created a ticket with our Vendor about two weeks ago and have heard nothing. I just emailed
@Jerry Sparling with Mitel directly so we shall see if that helps. What we have found thus far is that Microsoft sent and update to Windows 10 that updates the .Net to 4.8 from 4.7 and that is causing the crash. If we rollback we have found that does resolve the issue, but stops us from being able to update Win 10.
