are you in the Americas ?

This issue is limited to phones being shipped in the Americas only.

A limited number of 6930 IP Phones manufactured by one of our Contract Manufacturers (CM’s), have an issue with the accessory port causing an attached Integrated DECT (iDECT) Headset or Programmable Key Module (PKM) to be non-functional.
    • Customers would report that the iDECT headset or PKM does not power up and function on a new 6930

    Hi Craig,
    No I’m located in Belgium
The 6930 is working of with a PKM or the iDECT, not the 2 🙁

Could you check the SIP Phone Firmware? We had a somewhat similar issue and my colleague found it happening on phones with FW that is 5.0.0.XXXX. They both work on a 6940 and 6930 with 5.1.0.XXXX Mitel SIP FW.

    Hi Joel,
The material (6930 + M695 + headset) was send to our support partner (BusinessCom.nl).
    I received the following information:
    —————————————————————————————————————–
I want you to give a stort statusupdate, we have a possible issue with the new M695 key modules.
As far as we can see now there is a problem with the new production key modules, all we have in stock will not work with the integrated headsets.

We are investigating this with Mitel but this takes time.
