    Hi,

    One of our users forgot to log out when they left for the day so a colleague manually logged them off the email queue but now the user cannot log back into the email queue.

    Has anyone got a fix for this?

    You might want to verify that they are present in the email queue. Beyond that you might want to reach out to the Mitel installing partner so that they can help you trouble shoot the issue.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I had logged it with our Installing partner – they disabled email on employee and re-enabled and that allowed agent to sign in to emails again.

    I was just interested to see if other organisations have had similar issues with ignite (currently version 9.1) with presence on queues behaving like this.
