Beyond that you might want to reach out to the Mitel installing partner so that they can help you trouble shoot the issue. I had logged it with our Installing partner – they disabled email on employee and re-enabled and that allowed agent to sign in to emails again. I was just interested to see if other organisations have had similar issues with ignite (currently version 9.1) with presence on queues behaving like this.
