Has anyone had issues with the Keystore service that runs on the Contact Center stopping on its own. We have had several instances where the service just stops. To fix it we actually have to reboot the machine several times before the service will actually run again.
No, we run ECC and have never had a Keystore issue at all. The ECC server has been relatively stable for us (Windows 2012 R2 run in a virtual environment).
I’ve only noticed I lost services (and had to do a full restore, ouch), once when trying to start the ECC Diagnostics Console, and it gave me a password error or two, and then the ECC service just failed on the server (I don’t think I tried to restart it, but those consoles are tied to the main executable, run with options I think, so maybe I killed it by accident). Otherwise it has been rock solid and we really leverage a lot of features on it.
