Acd agent softphone failed

    Hi ,

    when i open the micollab client ( acd sip softphone agent) , the softphone is OFF “no configuration”.

    Any idea please ?

    Sounds like the client isn’t configured in MiCollab with a softphone. What devices is the user configured with?

    when you create the agent with the template ( hotdesk sip softphone user) you can’t choose the preferred set( no device)

    But i assigned to my agent , the profil with the softphone option ( micollab client service –> feature > profil > softphone option)
