MUGpro Training Session: Mitel Interaction Recording

In this presentation, you will be introduced to the Mitel Interaction Recording product. We will be doing live demonstrations of always-on and on-demand recording as well as viewing, searching, and exporting the recordings using the POWERplay Web user interface.

The demonstrations will be conducted on our cloud-based PBX MiCloud Connect, but the recording integration is also implemented on other Mitel ONSITE PBXs as well. So come join us to get a live look at the Mitel Interaction Recording product from the end user perspective.
